This utility is used to submit a batch job that creates a compressed archive file of one or more folders stored on UCloud. Input folders must be added with the parameter Select additional folders to use. All mounted folders will be compressed into one single archive file.
Note
The archive utility is configured to use a multi-core compression algorithm, which leverages all the cores available in the selected machine type.
Archive format¶
The compression format can be selected from a list of 7 possibilities using the optional parameter Archive format. The available formats are: 7Z, BZIP2, GZIP, TAR, WIM, XZ, and ZIP (default).
Terminal session¶
The Interactive mode parameter is used to start an interactive job session where the user can open the app terminal interface and execute shell commands.
