Grant Application

Users should submit a grant application to request additional resources. This process can be initiated directly from the central dashboard. Alternatively, users can access the same page by clicking on the Project icon in the navigation menu and selecting Apply for resources.

Note

The user's personal project (My workspace) is typically suitable for small workflows that do not demand significant computational resources and enhanced collaboration capabilities.

Fill in the Application

The application form consist of three distinct field: Project information, Allocation duration and Select grant giver(s).

To apply for resources for a new project, users should first provide a short project title. In case of an existing project, users can select the proper project from a drop-down menu.

Additionally, it is required to specify the start date and duration of the resource allocation. The maximum duration permitted is 24 months.

At the bottom of the page, users need to select one or more grant giver(s). For each grant giver, users must specify the amount of resources to be allocated for each product, as well as to write the purpose of the application, following the template(s) provided.

Note

Multiple providers can be selected within the same application form.

Submit the Application

To submit the grant application, users need to click on the

button located at the top right corner of the page.

Note

The grant application will be reviewed by an internal committee, one for each provider included in the application. Once the project is approved, a notification will be sent to the user.

Users can monitor the status of their application at any time by selecting the corresponding item in the Grant applications panel of the central dashboard or under the Project section of the navigation menu.

Double-clicking on the application name allows users to access the submitted information, edit the grant application, communicate with the administrator overseeing the review process, and more.
